Returns
Consumers, and business customers with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 30 days — more than the statutory 14 days under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the day on which you took possession of the goods (or on which a third party you indicated took possession of them). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before it expires.
How to return an item
- 1Tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract — send a statement by email to [email protected] or in writing to the Seller's registered address.
- 2Send the goods back to: J&F Investing Sp. z o.o., Sobótka 91, 63-450 Sobótka, Poland — no later than 14 days after withdrawing.
- 3Include proof of purchase and the details for refunding your payment.
Refund
We refund your payment (including the cost of the cheapest delivery method we offer) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that they have been sent. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.
Return shipping cost
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of returned goods
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened after delivery (this applies, among others, to opened essential oils).
